Overlay doors provide a similar appearance to that of an inset door. This means they cover the cabinet face frame, giving the appearance of a flat cabinet front. Since they are not set inside the cabinet frame, full overlay can sometimes offer greater storage capacity and a lower price.
Full Access cabinetry sometimes referred to as "Frameless" offers the greatest amount of accessibility by eliminating the cabinet face frame meaning you have "wall to wall" access within the box. This style of cabinetry can sometimes offer tighter reveals than Full Overlay as well.
Inset doors are set into the cabinet face frame and fit flush with the face of the cabinet when closed. This style of cabinetry provides old world craftsmanship, classic beauty and smooth clean lines. With this type of door you can select from a concealed or finial (exposed) hinge options.
"The Kitchen is where we deal
with the elements of the universe.
It is where we come to understand
our past and ourselves."
